Prices/Policies

Tuition is charged in 4-class cycles. There are 4 tuition cycles during the Fall 2026 season.

Youth Classes

• Pre-Flamenco/Folklórico (45 min): $80 per 4-class cycle

• Flamenco I–IV (1 hr): $90 per 4-class cycle

• Kids Folklórico (45 min): $80 per 4-class cycle

Adult Classes

• Adult Folklórico (1 hr): $80 per 4-class cycle

• Adult Beginner Flamenco (1 hr): $80 per 4-class cycle

• Adult Intermediate Flamenco (1 hr): $100 per 4-class cycle

Dance More & Save

Receive $10 off each additional class enrollment per 4-class cycle within the same household.

This applies whether one dancer takes multiple classes or multiple members of the same household are enrolled.

Additional Notes

• Tuition covers weekly class instruction only.

• Additional costs throughout the year may include showcase/performance fees, costume fees or rentals, and required class attire/uniforms.

• Trials and drop-in classes are available for select classes.

PAYMENT INFO:

• When Due: Tuition is due at the first class of each 4-class cycle. Scheduled studio closures and holiday breaks do not count toward the four classes included in each cycle.

• How To: Payment is accepted primarily by Venmo @Ashley-Almada, check payable to Avellana Dance Studiio LLC or cash in envelope with name and payment description.

• Account Balance: All tuition and applicable performance/costume fees must be paid before performance dates. Dancers with an outstanding balance may not receive costumes or participate in performances until the account is current.

DISCOUNTS:

• Household Multi-Class Discount: Receive $10 off each additional class enrollment per 4-class cycle within the same household. This applies whether one dancer takes multiple classes or multiple members of the same household are enrolled.

ADDITIONAL INFO

• Drop-Ins Rate: Drop-ins are available for eligible classes when space allows. $25 for a 45-minute class or $30 for a 1-hour class. Drop-ins are intended for occasional attendance. Students participating regularly in choreography or performances must be enrolled in the full 4-class cycle.

• New Student Trial Class: New students may try their first class for $15 for a 45-minute class or $20 for a 1-hour class. If you decide to enroll, your trial payment will be applied toward the remaining balance of your first 4-class cycle.

• Additional Fee: Tuition covers weekly class instruction. Additional costs throughout the year may include showcase/performance fees, costumes or costume rentals, and required class attire/uniforms. Performance participation is not mandatory, but is a fun and valuable part of the dance experience.

These are uniform recommendations. If you are just starting and don't have everything, don't worry, please come to class and dance with us anyway!

• Flamenco/Folklorico: Purchased on your own (Studio might have some available, ask if needed!)

  • Shoes -  Proper Flamenco/Folklorico shoes have metal nails on heel and toe. If this is your first pair, it is good to purchase at least one pair of black shoes (good for show options). If your dancer is young and you are trying it out for the first time or have a hard time finding their size, it is ok to use character shoes . Black boots for male dancers.

  • Skirt - Long, flowy red practice Flamenco Skirt or any color Folklorico Skirt (different). Or moveable pants or shirt if you're not using a skirt in your costume.

  • Top - Fitted Top

  • Hair - pulled back and out of face
