Practice Time:
Weekly: Once a week for most classes. As our classes are back to back, please arrive ready for practice. Bring a water bottle!
Monthly: Additional Para Siempre Flamenco classes, these are held on Saturdays - once a month. Registration opens the month leading up to it.

PAYMENT INFO:
When Due: 1st of week of each month. A reminder email will be sent to those enrolled for the semester.
How To: Payment is excepted in the form of either cash, check (payable to Avellana Dance Studio) or Venmo @Ashley-Almada
**Each month on average for a full calendar year is 4 classes per month. Sometimes, some weekdays might have 3 while others have 5 but overall every class will have 4 classes per month on average. This semester that equals 12 classes (including show bonus rehearsal). Payment being do the first week of the month covers classes for that month.**
DISCOUNTS:
Enrolled in Multiple Classes Discount: 10% off total multiple different class type enrollments
Family Discount: $10 off per month per additional family member (living in same household, paid from one party)
College Student Discount: 10% off monthly tuition with proof of valid and current college ID. Appropriate age level classes apply.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Drop-Ins Rate: All eligible classes can drop-in with a rate of $20 per hour or $35 for a 1.5 hr class.
"New Student" Trial Class: Come try your very first class with Ms. Ashley for only $15 for an hour class.
Costume Fee: Tuition does not include show/costume fees. If you'd like to participate, more information will be released as we get closer to our winter showcase. Performing is not mandatory but a great part of the dance education.
BEGINNER ADULT FLAMENCO PACKAGES:
All Adult Flamenco Classes are Drop-In $20 or $75 per month for 1 hr a week. However you can purchase a package below to buy in bulk and come as you'd like.
Below packages allow for more flexibility with your adult schedule. Purchase a package and they are valid for the entire year for any adult eligible class. You come as you can, attendance never mandatory. Less pressure, just for fun! No limit on the amount of packages you can purchase.
*Package not transferable between students, purchased under one students name*
Package A: $115 for 6 one hr classes (or 3 classes that are 1.5 hrs long) // (or any similar combination totaling 6 hrs) = $19 per hour
Package B: $180 for 10 one hr classes (or 6 classes that are 1.5 hrs long + 1 class that is 1 hr long) // (or any similar combination totally 10 hrs) = $18 per hour
Package C: $350 for 20 one hr classes (or 12 classes that are 1.5 hrs long + 2 class that is 1 hr long) // (or any similar combination totally 20 hrs) = $17.50 per hour
These are uniform recommendations. If you are just starting and don't have everything, don't worry, please come to class and dance with us anyway!
Flamenco: Purchased on your own (Studio might have some available, ask if needed!)
Shoes - Proper Flamenco have metal nails on heel and toe. If this is your first pair, it is good to purchase at least one pair of black shoes (good for show options).
Skirt - Long, flowy practice Flamenco Skirt
Top - Fitted Top
Hair - pulled back and out of face
Hip-Hop/Cheer/Pom: Purchased on your own
Shoes - Comfy Sneakers with good traction and good arch support (no converse or van type shoes).
Clothes - workout clothes, nothing too baggy
Hair - pulled back and out of face
Poms - Studio will have for sale however if you want to bring your own to practice that would be alright. New ones will be purchased for performances.
Age: These are rough guidelines, final class placement will be made by ADS Director, Ashley Avellana Almada
Grade Level: rough guidelines, helps us know where might work well to place your dancer
Level: All classes are entry level. Advanced will move at a faster pass, best if student has some previous dancing experience, but not required.
